Restoration Procedures for Dean's Hot Baby

Here we will show you how to restore a customized Chang Jiang 750 sidecar bike? How do we control bike's performance? ... It's a real restoration produces for one of my customers. This bike's owner is Dean Devalerio who come from USA. Maybe before you decide to buy a CJ 750 sidecar bike you have many questions in your mind, but  I believe that after you read this page you will know more about our bikes and us.

Step 1:
Choose a military bike and disassemble it completely.

Step 2:
If  parts need to be paint or powder coat later, they will be sent to sand blast to remove original paint. Before sand blast, usually, we will reinforce frame's weld place and then grind and clean weld place. After these treatment, frames become very smooth and stronger.

If parts need to be chromed, they will be sent to Chroming factory. Though before they are chromed,  Chroming factory worker will handle them, we will check each part and treat part surface by ourselves.

If you choose Polish Package for your bike, all AL parts will be polished.

Step 3: Paint
1. Ground Paint : After we finish sand blast, we will paint ground paint first for protecting bikes to not be rusty when sand them by water sand papers.

After use filter to smooth the surface and sand them by hand, we will repaint ground paint again. This time we will use good ground paint.

2. Customized Pattern Paint

3. Final Clear paint.

Step 4: Install Engine
After polished, engine parts will be installed. Then we will test it.
