Quality Inspect

To each bike, after the professional and careful restoration, the most important step, test, will begin.

Test of Changjiang 750 sidecar bikes are composed by the following steps.

1. Check the appearance of bikes when they are still. Painter will check whether there are damaged painting after restored or not. Technician will check surface order.

2. Begin to test ride.

The first station, ride 10 Km at speed 30 - 40 km/h (18 - 25m/h). Then stop to check whole bike condition. This time our aims are checking whether wheel press is is normal or not, whether screws are loose or not, whether enigne or other place leak oil or not. At the same time, we have known whether the clutch , brake, lights, gear are working well or not. You know, in this 10 Km, we ride bike pass resident district and express road , and turn left and right. If everything is ok, we will go on next station. If not, we will be back to shop to fix it. Usually, we can inspect and fix above problems after bike is restored.

The second station, ride about 40 Km at speed 40 - 60 km/h (25 - 35m/h). In midway, add some gasoline , then check the seal condition of gas cap.

After finishing the third station, bike will be parked in our warehouse for 24 hours. Then check whether leaking oil or not, including engine oil, gear oil, gasoline. And check the gas cock.

Finish above jobs, the third station, usually Guo Liang will go on test ride for 50 Km (30 Mile). At this time the aim is to check whether operation is smooth and feeling is comfortable. Everything is ok, then ride back to warehouse to stay fro at lest 24 hours, and wash bike. Finally, dropt all gasoline and take apart the battery’s cable, waiting for package and shipping out.
