Last year we made this style exhaust pipes, and that is still using now. But Chinasidecar team think that one is not very successful.

So this year, we upgrade this style exhaust pipes, as photos shown.

And this new pipes have been accepted by Dile and our good friends, and they are using now.

During making sidecar bucket, our colleague who charge for taking photos recorded down some process of how to make it and provided them to me. Publish here, share it with all Changers. It’s not batch production. But it has excellent quality. This sidecar bucket is made of 2mm steel plate. Of course, as Changers, you have more choices now, such as defended bumping guard, using thicker material and better steel plate.

Whole Chang Jiang 750 bike is covered by Lee’s Jean cloth. It ‘s done in our customer’s meeting room and costs 10 hours.

Firstly thank the internet where we gained this photo, and at the same time Guo Liang also thanks the owner shares it with all people who love sidecar motorcycles. We didn't record down the owner’s information when we got this photo. If this sidecar’s owner can contact with Guo Liang, Guo Liang would like to share the value from this bike. One of our customers very likes this bike, so he wants to buy one and shows it in his shop. Though we haven’t enough information, we make sure that we can make a similar sidecar bike based on our complete produce plan and process.

In the early 2007, we bought many main parts for Donghai sidear bike, such as Main frames, sidecar frames, sidecar buckets and fenders.

Metal-machining workshop successfully made the CJ750 sidecar bucket, but Guo Liang didn’t think it’s inconceivability. Though some of Chang Jiang 750agents express their doubt, Guo Liang can understand them. You know, only after hard work, people will know how many the difficulty be suffered.

Chinese handicraft industry is very excellent in the world. After sheet-metal team’s endeavor, more and more Chang Jiang 750 sidecar parts will be made out. More details of these parts will be introduced to you later.

In the future, when you choose to buy a Chang Jiang 750 sidecar bike, you can decide your sidecar bucket is made of how many mm metal sheet. You have more optional freedom and can improve your bike to the highest security to gain the best safeguard.

We use aero special cables to make the whole bike cables and wires for CJ750 sidecar motorcycles. After one year tests, it is proved that this kind of cables and wires are extraordinarily excellent. Testing bike is Dean’s Hot Baby.

Mr. Fan is the owner of Cj750 Bian Che Dao which is ShangHai Sidecar 4S Store, and he is the pioneer CJ 750 machinist in ShangHai.
